It's become clear that MTech USA have really stepped up on their folding knives. This one is another from their newer line-up featuring high materials, features and looks. This knife is 8.35" in overall length with a 3.6" 3Cr13 stainless steel blade. the blade is sabre ground with a compound tip in an drop pointed tanto configuration. This allows for fine control over smaller cutting tasks with the tip of the knife.
It's fitted with ambidextrous thumb studs that work in concert with the blade flipper to offer multiple deployment options. This is excellent, as it allows the knife to be easily opened in either of your hands. The button lock on the knife keeps your fingers safe during use and also makes opening and closing the knife a breeze.
The handle is made from blue anodized aluminium that's been ribbed for texture and improved grip on the tool. The handle is smooth to the touch in most part, and cool to the touch. The shape fits neatly into the palm of your hand making sure it won't slip. The very end of the handle features a belt / cord / safety cutter that can be accessed quickly while the knife is closed.
