Nice, simple design, feels good in the hand, even though it's flat, nice weight to it. The sheathe clips comfortably onto a belt and has just enough resistance to keep the blade secure unless it's being deliberately pulled out. Good sharp blade out of the box, great for shredding boxes and general small utility knife business
